Cecilia

Cecelia found my website through Brittney(her engagement pics are below) and wanted some photos in her cap and gown for graduation. She also wanted some of just her in her graduation outfit. We had lots of fun with those shots! I love how her blouse was so colorful(and its from Anthropologie too! My FAV store! When I found out she loves that store too I knew we'd get along just fine.)

Here are a few of my favorites. It was hard picking between all of them!

Provo Bridal Fair

Thank you so much to all the brides that attended this Bridal Fair and that came to say hi to me. It was a long day but I had fun talking to all of you about your weddings. My husband came along for help(thanks hunny!) and we were able to pack all our booth stuff in our little Pontiac Grand Am.

Met some nice vendors there too like Noahs Your Place and Cindy Rella Weddings.

Just want to give a big Thank YOU to Liz at Whimsy Floral for providing my flowers. The flowers were absolutely perfect for my booth and with my company colors on it.

Can't wait to talk to a lot of you brides soon!

Danny

Well as you all know Jonathan and I rescued a basset hound/rottweiler mix last week. I didn't have too much time to take pictures of him because I was so busy getting everything ready for my bridal fair that was on Saturday. Today we took him along with our two other dogs Dinah and Bill to the Memory Grove Park(we go there pretty much every Sunday afternoon to let the dogs play and socialize with other dogs). I brought my camera with me so we can have good photos of him.

Oh and yeah we decided on Danny as his name. I always like to name my dogs after songs so I can sing them "their song". Of course we all know "Danny Boy". I named Dinah after an old song that was popular way back in the 30's. I named Bill after the song "My Bill" from the musical Showboat.

Here are my favorites.

He loves water and I'm glad because my two other dogs wont go near it!

*Update on Henny*

I am happy to say that Henny has been adopted. One day we noticed she wasn't on their website anymore and feared the worst. We went there one day to see where she was and they told us the good news. Yay!

On Day 3 the volunteer coordinator at The Humane Society came up to my husband and I and thanked us. I really appreciated that. He mentioned that they made huge prints for their office of my photos. I went in to look and they looked so wonderful if I do say so myself :)

We have a new "baby" in our house!

Well, Jonathan and I decided on a whim to adopt a dog this morning. We have always wanted another one and knew for sure that we wanted to rescue one from a shelter. We went to Toelle, Utah to get our new baby.

We haven't decided on a name yet, but we're thinking of Danny. Does he look like a Danny? Oh by the way, he is a rottweiler/basset hound mix. Sounds like a weird mix to me but he's adorable.

Not the best photo. Had to hurry because he was hiper this morning.

Anyway, I've actually never owned a dog this big(the biggest one I've ever had was a welsh terrier). So this is going to be interesting for me. Bigger dog equals bigger other things!

Our other dogs Dinah and Bill(miniture dachshunds) are not very welcoming. They are pretty scared of this new, big dog in our home but they will adjust over time. Thankfully Danny doesn't seem at all threatned by them and just wants to play with them.

He likes to follow me around our home and is currently sleeping right next to me while I'm at my computer. I'll probably post better photos of him in the future so watch for those!

Jacquee

I found out that Jacquee loves water. I stumbled upon Saltair one day and thought it was the perfect place for her bridals since its so close to the Great Salt Lake. We also stopped at one place I had in mind right near where I live before we headed to Saltair. David came along which I loved because you never would think the groom would see the bride before the ceremony. They are pretty laid back about that superstition(so am i!).

They were both such troopers. I had no idea their would be so many bugs out there and I think we all handled it pretty well. Thank you guys for toughing that out. It sure was annoying but worth the beautiful photos we got.

Check out the slideshow and the song for it that was picked by David :)
