Janelle and Greg bridals

I just love how Janelle and Greg's pictures turned out. I have wanted to go to the Union Pacific building at the Gateway for awhile and I'm glad I finally got to use some of my ideas. So many turned out great so there are a lot of photos! And I am in LOVE with Janelle's dress! They are getting married on August 11th. I've had more inquiries for that date than the popular 07-07-07 date! Their wedding sounds like it will be beautiful. I can't wait!

The original Anna Page

My mom sent me this photo of my great, great grandma Anna Page, her husband(forgot his name, I have it somewhere in my family history folder) and daughter LaVerna. This is who I'm named after! I had only seen one photo of her before so this was a real treat to see. Looks like a serious woman!

I guess your never too old to sit on your mothers lap! :)

New pics of me!

I thought it would be a good idea to get some new shots of me for my site revamp! I think the current one was taken back in October or something? I dunno, too long ago. Anyway, Jonathan, my sweet husband took these of me. I'm thinking of only using one or two for the website but don't know which one yet. I guess you'll see soon!

I like this one but Jonathan unfortunately didn't tell me to suck in! Teehee!

I like this one because its kinda different!

Amy

So now that I've slept I can finally post these beautiful photos of Amy. She had a place in mind for her bridals and I was excited because I love shooting at new places, even if I haven't seen it before. She works at a girls camp near Park City and the place is just astoundingly beautiful. I of course didn't mind driving an hour away, I'll use any excuse to see things like that! I don't think the views were as beautiful as Amy though. I adore her dress and she told me she found it in Montana! What are the odds?

Amy was such a trooper because she was willing to go on a canoe in her dress out in the middle of the lake! Thank you Amy! You can't really tell how pretty those pictures are from this blog but trust me they are awesome! I had Amy stand up at one point in the canoe and thankfully we didn't turn the shoot into a "trash the dress" session! And I finally got to canoe for the first time. Very interesting! I loved it and have always wanted to.

Thanks to Amy parents, sister and future sister-in-law for all the help and for the drinks and cookies after the shoot :)
