This was a wedding I was definitely looking forward to!
Amy and Sterling were married and had their reception at The Edelweiss Center in Midway, Utah. I loved everything about this wedding...including the kilts! Yes! My husband came along for this wedding and found out that he is somewhat related to Sterling. My husband is Scottish too! Everyone was so nice and seemed really happy for the bride and groom.
My husband and I went to look around for photo spots before I was scheduled to start shooting. We ended up finding a really old barn near the mountains and thought it would be perfect for the bridal party photos. After the ceremony and family pictures, we all headed off to the location and the lighting couldn't have been better! The mountains looked so pretty in the background and Sterling noticed the Scottish Thistle in the fields where we were shooting their portraits. How perfect is that?! You can see some in a few of the pictures below.
I had such a wonderful time. Thank you for letting me be a part of your day!
The coolest bridal party I've worked with!
