Preethi and Daniel

Preethi and Daniel found me through Becca and Tyler. I'm so excited they chose me for their wedding! They are getting married in the Washington D.C temple and then having an Indian ceremony after. I loved their engagement shoot since I've been away from work for so long. They wanted to go somewhere in the mountains for their engagements. I found a couple cool spots down a hill and brave little Preethi trekked down the snowy hill in her flats! Even after that they were both still in good spirits. You can totally tell Daniel is just plum crazy about Preethi. They were so happy despite the chilly weather. I just love them!

I can't wait for Preethi's bridals that we're shooting a couple days before the wedding in D.C!

Lyndsie and Trent

I met with Lyndsie and Trent at the Beehive Tea Room in Salt Lake to start out their engagement shoot. It was nice to sit, talk and get to know them while we sipped on hot chocolate(definitely have to get the hot chocolate when you go to the tea room! It's fabulous!). We took a few shots there but didn't want to spend too much time indoors because of the wonderful weather outside. We had fun finding cool places to shoot around the city and then decided to get some fall colors. Lyndsie and Trent were so fun to hang out with and I can't wait for their wedding next month! It sounds so wonderful.

Elizabeth and Danny

I shot Elizabeth and Danny's wedding yesterday at the Timpanogos Temple. They later had a reception at Danny's parents beautiful home in Provo. I was a little nervous at first because I didn't get a chance to know them very well because we didn't have time to fit in an engagement or bridal session before their wedding. But I had so much fun with them! They acted so natural together and were extremely easy to work with. I was a little worried about the weather but it only started to sprinkle when we were almost done with their portraits.

Their videographer Davey at Pointe Digital did an awesome job on their video at the temple. Check out the video on their blog here

Julie and Christian

Yesterday I shot Julie and Christian's wedding at Log Haven in Millcreek Canyon. It was the perfect place to hold their wedding because they both love the outdoors. The whole day Julie seemed so happy and energetic. She was not stressed at all. The ceremony could not have been more beautiful with a wonderful view of the colorful mountains in the back. I'm so glad I was chosen to photograph their special day. Everyone was so nice and happy and Log Haven is gorgeous.
